Does cohabiting in a mobile home with a partner who has no money have an effect on my entitlement in the financial settlement? My ex has the kids. My ex and I want to avoid going to court to sort out the settlement but he is bitter.

Nope. No financial entitlement arises from cohabitation. Housing needs are barely met and I don''t suppose you have any security of tenure. All it shows is that you have very little money.
