I wonder if anyone can help me with this problem, I am resident in Scotland (as is my wife).

5 years ago I separated from my wife, and signed a Separation Agreement signing our house over to my wife. Subsequently we got back together, but now we have separated (5 years later) and I am now wondering whether I am entitled to a claim on the house.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am presuming you did not divorce...as such the house will be classed as a marital asset to be shared...just out of curiosity, who instigated the separations?
