I have been asked by internal e mails from members where my blog is. The coding of the internal mail client interrupts any hyper link insertion to prevent off site migration, Totally fair and acceptable.
Lady Divorce lawyer has viewed it and so have some have some French moderators and also copious numbers of legal firms. THEY know the truth, not you. It is up to you guys to ask them. It is your FORUM not mine

Two very short points.

First of all, Louise ( whoops, I nearly did it again, that is omitting the ' i ' from your name with unfortunate results )
but I think you forgot atilladahun. I never worked out where he got that name from, except that the original Attila died at his wedding reception and his bride got the blame - although historians have more or less exonerated her. Ildico is innocent OK.

Thanks, atilla, if you are reading this. And thanks, Amanda.

Secondly, as a lawyer, albeit retired, and therefore out of it, incompetence is one thing and corruption is another.
As a general statement of principle, and without wanting to comment on individual cases, I can say that solicitors, almost without exception, will not tolerate the latter.
Every solicitor has to pay a compulsory levy to compensate the victims of dishonest solicitors. Although I can't and won't argue with the principle, the fact remains that we don't like the few whose activities make it necessary to establish and maintain such a fund in the first place.

Mike

Thanks for the link but still none the wiser as to his claimed degree that I have spent 3 years and 6 months trying to establish to be true. Countdown to Honesty and Integrity on my Blog

well if you ve spent that long on it then its doubtfull you get them. though I should imagine that if you found out his Uni you may be able search out his qualifatcation there somehow the link was actualy for maggie since she asked.

Its taken 8 years for me to get to this point of my divorce and after 6 years I gave up trying to find the evidence of everything I needed because nobody keeps records after that time period even on fish. :-)tho there may be an ecption, but not in my case heheh. Its hard to do but maybe after such a length of time you may feel better letting it go and not keep feeding on the anger or past, it can affect your daily life in many ways make the best of what you have.

Thanks Max - used your link - my divorce solicitor doesn't come up as accredited for Family Law - can you tell me if that's significant?

No the basic tenant of LAW and ORDER is the truth and it has to come good, I haven't posted anything that isn't the truth, and once I was a very good manager with meticulous paperwork (Slight lie) I am ready for them in a fair and balanced court.
