;) As Dukey says it seems the letter is mumbo-jumbo ;)

Think she's trying to get out of paying what she should ..........

Hope the CSA Case worker can confirm this for you. Please keep us informed.

Only proper reference I can find on the web quoting the Maxims are law are all to do with Courts and Pleadings which confuzzles me even more now as this is to do with the CSA and we do not have any court orders in place for CM or any other aspect.

I'm beginning to think that Bar-Room Barristers have been working pro bono again and dishing out gobbledeegook

Don`t even try and work out what its supposed to mean,it certainly was not written by a family law solicitor.

It makes no sense, i think the all rights reserved bit is supposed to be without prejudice other terms relating to civil law are just as confusing,i could have done a better job after a bottle of single malt droooole ;)

The letters you must answer are from court and the CSA not something knocked up on a fag packet by a wanabeee lawyer.

I have no intention of answering anything from her so fear not yea all :-)

She already has an harassment warning notice issued to her so methinks a call to Mr Plod may be in order if she doesn't desist and refrain
