Just a couple of questions but when my husband is getting his own flat to rent and eventually wants to move his Other woman in, do the CSA take her wages into account as well as my husbands?? how is it worked out?? i have 2 children aged 4 and 1.

Also if the cSA do take his partners wages into consideration, is the amount they need to pay me baed on their net income? do they look into their out goings as well?

Just trying to get an idea of how it will work!!

Hi

No it's just based on your ex's net income his partners income is not taken into account, but does she have any kids because that will reduce the amount of child support he pays for your children.

Thanks for the reply, the other woman doesn't have children. My cousin's husband had to pay child maintenance they when she moved in with him she had to give them her income details too. but i didn't know if this was correct so wanted to ask the question.

Their case was on CSA 1 before March 03

On CSA 2 it's just a straight % of the NRP net income

20% of his net income

Reductions for the folowing number of nights with the NRP

52 - 103 nights per yr reduce by 1/7th
104 - 155 nights per yr reduce by 2/7th
156 - 174 night per yr reduce by 3/7th
175 nights or more half then reduce it again by a further £7 per week
