Hi Helen, have used the wikivorce service for mine, and have had no problems.

They have kept me updated each step of the way, and answered any queries I had quickly.

Have just had the Decree Nisi sorted out :) and are getting the paperwork for the financial order sorted this weekend.

Allowing for the delays with Xmas, hoping to have it all over around the beginning of feb some time.

Also Helen, even though its an online service, your case is dealt with by 'proper' solicitors just the same as if you went into one in your local town.

I actually used a similar service when buying my house to handle all the legal stuff, and it worked out about half the price any of my local solicitors wanted
