Hi
You might get away saying something like

Recently the Respondant .... etc

You only need to pick four or five examples, six max. What you can say is "Since [pick a date] the Respondent etc"

If you have alleged unreasonable behaviour give:

• details of a course of conduct, or, particular incidents, including dates, but it should not be necessary to give more than about half a dozen examples of the more serious incidents, including the most recent.

Dates are helpful but not necessary, as lostboy said "recently" will do, if you do use dates make sure they are within six months of separation or the date of the divorce application, if not you risk the application falling at the first fence.

DO i need to put the word recntly in to every example?

ALso, i am struggling with this because its not recent at all!! We seperated 18 months ago...so when i do use the word recently and i really refering to the 6 months prior to seperation!!?

The examples you use need to have occurred during the last 6 months or so of you having lived together as husband and wife, so although they arent actually recent, they were the cause of the marriage break-up, which is what you need to demonstrate in your Petition and to the judge.

Ah ok, so it will be a given that the 'recent' is a reference to the last 6 months of living together as husband and wife?

Will my example of when we seperated and he showed no interest of working things out...be ok as an example then, as tehincally we were together??

Apologies for what may seem like sily questions...
