hi krystal

really really sorry to read this post .

"Either I sink or I swim now but I WILL NOT continue like this."

you will swim krystal , there is loads of support here to help you through and you will come through this stronger .

Try really hard now to put your own needs first ( as hes done for some time !!)

Look after yourself , treat yourself , and find out about your legal position ( better to know what your options are )

take care and keep posting

shiny :)

Hi ((((((((Krystal))))))))

I hope that you are taking some form of comfort from the replies to your post. I have empathy for you, it is such a shock at first I know, and no one can take those horrid feelings away, you have to work through them, and you will. Your venting is justified for the hurt that has been caused to you.

I've been in same situation as you and for whatever reasons went through it more than once, not stupid just not a giver upper. I reacted differently this last time (and it was the last time), as it has happened in the past too. Difference is that now ex has left; and it doesn't hurt to know about OW, she is welcome to that kind of life. Not stupid, just saving my self the trauma anymore.

Be good to yourself, you are the worthwhile one in this.

Take care

Hi Krystal,

I was reading your original posts and didn't notice when you posted them, then I read the rest of your thread and just thought.."no surprise" :(

I know you are in a horrible place right now, but there is one thought you should hang on to...YOU have done nothing wrong.

I know it's an unfair situation and the innocent are the ones that appear to suffer the most. We don't though. The guilty ones suffer more in the long run as the decision to completely ruin everything is theirs and theirs alone.

Best way to treat you enemies is to laugh at them. It annoys the hell out of them :)

I have nothing but emptiness in my heart now towards my W after what she did and is still lying about. She caused that, just as your H caused your suffering. You are the only one responsible for your feelings now. There are no other influences to consider. Stay on the high road, and never, ever, feel it was your fault or that you could have stopped ot avoided it. You couldn't.

What you CAN do however, is to do your best to look after yourself and be sure to think that you are the one that is innocent. Karma will follow for your H. Somewhere down the line, things will happen that will cuase payback for him. You can start that one off by NOT acting on your hatred. Let it flow in and then out again. Use it to fuel your determination to carry on. Don't put your life on hold. I did, all for nothing, now I can look back and wonder why I did.

Take Care
