Thank you everbody for your support and kind words, they are realy helping at the moment.
This site has been a great find with so many friendly caring people.
I am actually feeling gud at the moment but i know it wont last, like everybody says one day at a time then hopefully the good days will eventually start to outweigh the bad.

Maybe i can be of help to somebody soon.

Well back to how i was feeling realy low and cant be bothered, didnt bother goin to work yesterday, and come home again today, i cant get motivated and i cant focus.
I cant get my wife out of my head at the moment, i am thinking about her 24/7 wen i do get some sleep i even dream about her, it is hopeless, if only she would talk to me and maybe go to councelling or mediation or something.

I just seem to be getting worse, i miss her more by the day and i love her more by the day, it is killing me and i realy cant cope with my feelings at the moment, i just cant concentrate on anything.

I just keep going over things in my head, if only this if only that, what can i do what can i say, where can we go from here how can we put things right, but its all pointless she wont even talk to me.

I have so much anger and frustration too, i am worried that if i lose my temper with somebody i might do some serious damage.

Where do i go from here ? Its getting harder not easier!
