Hi Captain Villa,

Just read your post and feel for you. Try and keep things as amicable as possible with routine and structure for your baby but you will need to seek legal advice re assets as it will all go into 1 pot to be split. Dont move out and try as best to share parenting responsibilities including overnight contact and stay with you. I dont like being cynical but the primary carer will be the courts priority so try and have at least half of the contact and if this can be arranged amicably the better.
