I am so glad everyone likes my post and there are some great songs being suggested and from a very wide music taste. It’s really interesting to listen to the songs and I have another.

Can't believe no-one has mentioned Gloria and I Will Survive!!

Have to confess this was one I would warble along to with all the other girls on a night out but once stbx cleared off, I actually listened to the words - so amazing!!

My current favourite is Dressed Up In Love by Jennifer Hudson from the soundtrack to the Sex In The City film - so uplifting and gives me hope for the future...!

Hi just logged on after a few busy days with work, a funeral, kids etc etc blah blah............

"I will survive" is just where i got my name from!

I can't sing a note in tune but I scream this one to perfection when I feel I'm being beaten.........kids think I have gone made!
