Tell the CSA about his lifestyle. Same happened to someone I know - PWC was living the Life of Riley, yet on benefits. The CSA issued fraud forms and that was the end of it - the father's CSA case was completely dismissed because he had no money and the PWC was loaded.

Don't matter if the PWC is loaded the NRP is expected to pay , i don't believe for one minute the CSA dismissed the case as if the NRP were'nt working they would still be expected to pay £5 pw

I can assure you that it is absolutely true. A few months after the CSA issued the fraud investigation a letter was received from them saying that all claims against the NRP had been dismissed. I have seen the letter, hence the fact I know it is true. He never heard another word from them.

I feel for everyone that has wrote on here.

I'm in the same situation my ex is s/e and gone bankrupt but has still managed to live life to the full and has just come back off a holiday to Australia for 8 weeks but got no money, don't work and lives on less than a £5 per week. My ex now owe's me £49,720 since we split in 2008.

But I have got friends that have seen him working and I've recorded him working and sent it all to the CSA now I have the criminal investigation team on him for fraud as he had phoned them on 1 day saying he's not working and got nothing planned and the next day he's fitting a bathroom suite.

With regards writing on his garage it's criminal damage, so you really have to think about it logically.

I borrowed some money from a friend and brought a van then sign wrote it myself by getting the words from ebay (order them alphabetically not by sentance or you won't get them) I had a photo of my ex blow up the size of the van panel.

QUOTE "Congratulations this father of 4 is a non CSA and court order payer"

Wow, so there's alot of the scroungers around then.
My stbx has been signing on to get a job in france since december 2009. He really only wants to get free french course (because he doesn't actually speak to any french people) and he liked us to run a small accomodation business so our family could receive 100% free healthcare (most people don't get this here).
Since November 2008 he's been to Australia, Singapore, England (several times), Florida and Serbia (3 times) - and he has further holidays planned, so much for being available for work!
And why do these people do it? Stbx learnt the tricks from a local spongeing expat. And I can't believe they actually sleep at night.
Good idea about the van, my technique is telling all the locals where he is (Serbia usually) and let them draw their own conclusions, as they can see he doesn't mix with them.
There is no fool like an old fool.
Supercali xx
