Hey flowers:)

You are not alone. I hope you can see that today. We're faceless, but if you ever need to talk, there's someone here. You've had a massive response to your plight from people who've been there. And I think you have to have been there to appreciate the pain you're feeling.

Keep talking especially when you're at your lowest. As of today, you have friends all of your own. It can only get better Flower and it will in time. Promise. Keep smiling like ya mean it! Who know's what good things will happen!

Sending you a virtual huggy luv :woohoo: .

X

Only just seen your thread. There's a saying "if one woman isn't enough, then fifty ain't too many".

You have people here who will care about you and you can make new friends.

You may find old friends you've lost touch with will be glad to hear from you too.

If you go to your local public library you'll find a wealth of books about how to mend a broken heart, get over a relationship, cope with divorce etc. Just choose the ones you think will help, follow the advice, that makes sense ignore things that don't work for you.

I think counselling will help you. Relate does some, and there are probably charitable counselling services where you live, as well as online stuff if you don't fancy face to face.

Don't blame yourself or beat yourself up about what has happened. Just tell yourself that today is the beginning of a better life for you, because you deserve it. Love yourself and others will love you too.
