I wish I could be "£600 a month down" and get to see my kid.

You don't know how lucky you are.

Sorry for saying that but it's true!

How can a "Dad" sit there and say he considers himself "£600 down" when he has two children!!??

Why would money even come into it!?

He should be thankful for his children and thankful that he earns enough to be able to pay out £600 a month so his kids have a good upbringing!

It makes me so mad that people don't see how lucky they are.

Then there's someone like me who would give everything to even know my son's name or birthday let alone spending any time with him.

Absolutely f-ing ridiculous!

unbelievable, get your hand in your pocket. tell your new wife to get a grip on her spending, she is effectively drizzling away cash that should going to your girls. your ex is right , your irresponsible and greedy.

how cynical. i assume you have bee nobbled. by the c s a. it takes two people to produce a baby and therefore two should support it. its a fact of life that in most cases its the mother left holding the baby. her financial contribution over the childs time in the domestic home will far exceed anything the father contributes.

"My ex wife has decided not to go back to work now."
Hmm, why have a go at this man? Shouldn't the wife also contribute to the cost of the kids? They are 15 so surely she could work and earn some money to support them?

Yea I have wondered that. Why does a mother have no financial responsibility to provide for her kids also.
