I'll tell you why. I see you really want me to come back to my home country. But... I lost my job, qualification by simply not using my Diploma, I have no where to come back, I lost my friends...
Missair, why do you think I should come back?

You should go back as you may be able to continue with your diploma , you will meet new friends , perhaps who you have known from school and with your ex husbands money that should hopefully set you up nicely , if you pursue this through the british courts im sure you will end up with much less and that is through experience

Life in my country isn't cheaper than here. I will not buy a decent property for this sort of money. Some people think that life outside of UK is extremely cheap but its far from being true.

The cost of living in my home country sometimes more expensive than here!
I've got some friends over here, even more than I left in my country.
Everything what worry me now is to get a fair settlement, enough for me to move on.

What about some professional advice? Is anybody here who knew English law or working as a lawyer? What do they think about proposed settlement?
