Strange as it may sound but every time i felt low i just read your posts and realise that my situation is nowhere near as bad as yours and that helps me.

I am still happy with my progress it was just the thought of the holiday.

I also do not want to fight for my marriage again, once bitten twice shy is something i believe in :laugh:
