I''ve not started to think about dating yet...! But your experiences are very similar to a female friend of mine who tried internet dating, I guess whatever route you take you have to sort the chaff from the wheat.

I''m not thinking about dating but decided I''d like to chat to other people so joined a pen pal site. My profile clearly states I just want to chat....but still had some very ''odd'' messages!!!
The blog was very funny - I''m sure you''ll be fine with that sense of humour!

You will be fine!
A great sense of humour, the way to a woman''s heart I think, I''m sure you''ll find the right one next time. Just be cautious of jumping in too quickly - good luck!

Very good and very funny but you want to take consolation in the fact that you are a good ten years younger than myself. Online Dating is even more shall we say interesting.

The lady''s that I have met have all left their husbands because they "drifted apart" (this is what the enemy told me when she left) it actually means I am knocking off a younger model. Strangely enough they are all living in the martial home being paid for by the ex who worked all his life to keep her in the manor to which she became accustomed and still maintains.

Then there are the lady''s who who are looking for a stepping stone, they want to leave their husbands but financially can''t, so are looking for another sugar Daddy.

Although to be fare I have met ladys that husbands have left them for younger woman and sadly they are destroyed and struggle (understandably) to get over it.

Oh I nearly forgot I did get chatting to a nice "lady" who I arranged to meet but on the night before she informed me that she was a pre op transsexual, did I mind.

So any suggestions on meeting nice, normal ladys when you are knocking on a bit gratefully received :)

Keep writing Matt because laughter is the only way forward.
