These are so funny! My stepdads petition said "he left dirty clothes at the bottom of his wardrobe and always had his head in the newspaper!"

Perhaps we should exchange the comments from all our petitions in another post!

Ok here goes:

"Please don't go, I beseech you"

"Grow up and smell the coffee"

"You step inside this house (my house) and we're back in court"

Small son, tapping his dad whilst he was on the computer (as usual on a chatline) saying 'Daddy, Daddy, come and look at this, Daddy daddy....'
Me: 'Please don't ignore your son like that'

Ex: "I'm not ignoring him"

And my personal favourite:

"You should be grateful for all my father did for you"

My STBX put a post on facebook that siad "sorry I couldn't talk but the sperm donner (i think she meant doner! ) was picking my children up.

Now bearing in mind that my family have always had concerns about her and that I left her because she was an abusive and aggressive bully, what makes this funny is that my parents, uncles and aunts and several of my best friends have remained as friends on facebook so that she didn't feel unable to contact the family for the sake of the kids. Therefore they all saw it and most took offence.

I very gently pointed out to her that whilst I didn't mind what she said about me in a public forum, several people did. Her response....

"Am I bothered... The truth must hurt!

All this from a 39 year old so called grown up!

After receiving the divorce petition with the reasons and grounds for divorce, his response through his solicitor was "my client does not accept that the marriage irretrieveably broke down through any fault on his part".

So numerous affairs and telling numerous lies does not make it his fault. I think he is very deluded......
